Built-Up Wall Systems
Built up wall systems are a flexible solution, achieving required U-Values, along with improved fire resistance qualities – dependent upon required REI ratings for the project.
The variety of systems that we can offer are suitable to new build projects, along with refurbishment.
Whilst the installation of the system is more labour intensive, the base rate of a standard built up system is generally more cost efficient for the client, which is why it is a popular choice for larger new builds.
The built-up system is also a perfect solution for overcladding, where a client requires nominal disruption to existing business activities. No removal of the existing materials is required, and installation can be completed with a minimal demarcation zone.
Dependent upon the requirements, a built-up system can offer a betterment on acoustic requirements, along with thermal, and fire depending on the requirement of the design.
