Following the successful completion of works to another unit for the same client, SJS Sheeting Limited were approached to survey and deliver roofing works on this second unit at Deptford Trading Estate. Our team carried out a detailed site survey to assess the existing structure and design a roofing system tailored to optimise thermal value and efficiency of the install.
The Main Contractor and Client opted to proceed with the offered composite roofing system, complete with rooflights to suit. An insulated membrane gutter was installed to ensure efficient rainwater control and long-term performance. All associated cappings and flashings were supplied and fitted to deliver a fully sealed, weather-tight finish that meets current industry standards.
As on the previous unit, we assisted the Main Contractor in ensuring that best practices were followed when installing additional safety items to the roof, all whilst working with and around a live large industrial estate.
