Polesworth Garage contacted us to offer a quotation to upgrade the aesthetics of their established car showroom in Polesworth.
The client had seen the work we had recently attended to in Tamworth and was impressed by our attention to detail and clean work. This assured the building owner that he could trust SJS Sheeting Ltd with the upgrade works.
We attended a meeting with the owner to gather a clear design intent, along with a budgetary discussion. During the meeting, options were presented that saved thousands off the initial budget, while maintaining the quality and finish.
Polesworth Garage has maintained a prime location for many decades, but the existing brick structure did not portray the modernity of the vehicles on offer.
Within three weeks of the instruction to proceed, the site was set up. While there is always some disruption when working on a live business, this was kept to a minimum through regular communication with the Management team at the Garage. We completed the work in 3 weeks, and the images speak for themselves. It has brought the aesthetics of the building into the modern era, while also improving the thermal value of the building.
The walls were overclad with Kingspan insulated micro-rib panel composite panels. Following the installation of the wall cladding closures, flashings and top hat inserts were installed. Guttering and downpipes were installed.
